In October 2024, the Africa Centre of Excellence in Oilfield Chemicals Research (ACE-CEFOR), University of Port Harcourt, presented one of its PhD students in geology, Ms. Vianney Monkam Elise Kamayou, for her final thesis defence, at the School of Graduate Studies, University of Port Harcourt. Having successfully defended her work, Ms. Vianney, a Cameroonian, joins the waiting list of other ACE-CEFOR students that have graduated and are scheduled to convocate during the university’s next convocation ceremony.
