ACE-CEFOR, on Thursday, March 14, 2024, presented 4 of its Batch 4 PhD students to the University of Port Harcourt School of Graduate Studies, for their final PhD seminar. The seminar, which was successful, is the last step before the School of Graduate Studies PhD thesis defense and graduation of the students.
