Professor Ify L. Nwaogazie received his BS, Civil Engineering (1978) and MS, Water Resources (1980) from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas and PhD, Civil Engineering (1982) from Oklahoma State University (OSU), Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA. After graduation, he joined the services of the Faculty of Engineering, OSU as Assistant Professor (1982-1983). He is a registered Professional Engineer by Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in 1985 and Fellow of the Society of Nigerian Engineers in 1999. He is a fellow of the Waste Management Society of Nigeria, WAMASON. He is also a registered Environmental Professional by National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP, USA) in 2012. Professor Nwaogazie is a Consultant on Water & Environmental matters to many organizations. Area of Specialization include Water Resources, Environmental & Mathematical Modeling of Engineering systems.
