ACE-CEFOR, on Monday, November 20, 2023, organized an orientation programme for five staff and students of the Regional Centre of Excellence on Energy and Sustainability (RCEES), University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Ghana and Centre d’Excellence Régional pour la Maîtrise de l’Electricité (CERME), Togo.
The staff and students, are participating in the West Africa Centres of Excellence on Energy Network (WACEENET), Mobility Programme. Highlights of the orientation programme were welcome remarks and an overview of the Centre and its activities by the Deputy Centre Leader, Dr. Victor Aimikhe; a tour of the Centre’s facilities by the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Mr. Uduma Ikpa and a laboratory orientation by the ACE-CEFOR Head of laboratory, Dr. Anthony John.
The mobility programmme for the five participants, one staff and four MSc and PhD students, will last from Monday, November 20 to Friday, December 8, 2023.
